We offer assistance with flight bookings worldwide, including international flights to and from various destinations, as well as domestic flights within Trinidad and Tobago.

Please note:

All flights must be paid in full at the time of reservation, unless a payment plan is available for that specific flight.

Payment plans are not available for domestic flights.

Fares quoted are not guaranteed until ticketed, as taxes and fees may fluctuate.

Your flight is not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit stated in your invoice has been paid (where a payment plan is offered).

Once issued, tickets are non-refundable — travel insurance is highly recommended.

Any changes to your booking will be subject to the applicable airline change fee.

As we’ve all experienced, photos don’t always tell the full story when it comes to accommodations. That’s why, where possible, we personally visit the properties to ensure they meet — and exceed — our clients’ expectations.

Please note the payment terms:

A deposit is due within 72 hours of making a reservation.

The balance is due at least 2 weeks before arrival, or earlier depending on the supplier’s policy.

For last-minute bookings, full payment is required upfront.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

To book any tours, full payment is required within 72 hours of making a reservation. This payment is non-refundable. In the event that a tour is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your ticket can be transferred to another available date.

Payment plans may be available — please ask at the time of booking.

Please note: For some tours, you may be required to make payment on the day directly to the operator — this will be communicated in advance where applicable.
