FLIGHTS

We can assist with flight bookings; both international flights to and from the island and also domestic flights between Trinidad and Tobago.
The fare quoted is not guaranteed until ticketed, as taxes can change. Your flight is not booked until a deposit of 100GBP has been paid; the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Once issued, tickets are non-refundable; travel insurance is recommended. Any changes will be subject to Airline Change Fee.

ACCOMMODATIONS

As we have all experienced in our life, sometimes pictures are not always a true reflection of an accommodation. We visit the accommodation, where possible, to ensure that all of our clients’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
We require a deposit of the rate per night, to secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings, we require full payment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Re-scheduling is subject to availability.

TOURS

To book any tours, a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable, with the balance due 24 hours prior to the tour. In the event that the tour operator cancels due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund. NOTE: You may be required to make payment on the day for some tours.

CAR RENTAL

The Law of Trinidad and Tobago states drivers must be 25 years or over and have a full drivers permit for at least two years, to rent a vehicle. When collecting the vehicle, please ensure you have your drivers permit together with one other form of photo ID.

CAR RENTAL DEPOSITS:
For rentals of 5 days or more, a security deposit of $2000TTD/250GBP is payable, which is refunded at the end of the rental period.
For rentals of less than 5 days, a security deposit of $500TTD/60GBP, is payable, which is refunded at the end of the rental period.

RENTAL COSTS and PERIODS
Single Day Rentals: from 45GBP/375TTD (approx.)
Multi-Day Rentals: from 38GBP/300TTD (approx.)
NOTE: Prices quoted are starting from and are only approximate costs and subject to change due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.
Monday to Thursday, single and multi-day rentals available.
Fridays – Sunday, multi -day rentals ONLY

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the vehicle is returned with the same amount of fuel at the start of the rental.
